Op de kruising Korreweg\/Riouwstraat\/Singelweg versperde een motorrijder het fietspad. De bromfietser reed vervolgens tegen deze motorrijder aan waarna hij ten val kwam. De man verzette zich vervolgens tegen zijn aanhouding. Het bleek dat de man, niet voor de eerste keer, reed zonder rijbewijs op een opgevoerde bromscooter.
